Summary of meeting on 12 June 2015

People who came to the meeting: Jason, Chris, Lee, Jane, Bex, Becky and Emily.

·        Jason talked about the gardening group and said he will bring in the DVD about this once it has been made.

·        The Service user group leaflet is in the Kestrel Centre reception. The Flyer is also in the Kestrel Centre reception, on the Intranet page, and on the Accessible Information website. It needs to be sent out to other places.

·        The group is happy with writing summaries like this one.

·        We spoke a lot about what an ‘Ideal Environment’ would be like at the Kestrel Centre. Some things we can change now. Some things cannot be changed because of the building we work in.

·        We looked at a Complaints Leaflet and made suggestions about how it could be made better.

·        We would like to make a DVD about our group.
