    Summary of meeting on 4^th November 2016.

People who came to the meeting: Chris, Lee, Bex, Helen.

We looked at the word Phlebotomist for an accessible leaflet at Queen Alexandra Hospital. We all agreed that we did not like the word Phlebotomist as it was a difficult word to say and to read.

We talked about the Christmas meeting and we planned what we would like to do. The service users are going to do a presentation.

We looked at a service user feedback form for social care. We said what was good and suggested changes to make it better.
